Products

I make all of the products you see on this website by hand, in my Sussex based workshop. 
 
Order processing and production times

All items in stock will be posted within the UK by Special Delivery and should arrive within two working days.

Items being posted to Europe and the rest of the world will be shipped by International Signed Delivery and should arrive within 2-10 working days (estimates will vary depending on destination). 

All items posted will be fully insured.

Made to order items have a longer leadtime, this can be anything from 2-6 weeks, depending on what you are ordering. Please contact me if you want a more accurate date or if you have a deadline. I will always try and help out as much as I can - if you don't ask you don't get!

 
Returns and Exchanges

I hope you will be completely satisfied with your new jewellery. If for any reason you are not, I am happy to offer an exchange or refund under the following conditions:

Items in bronze or silver

Any item in bronze or silver can be exchanged or refunded if it is returned unworn within 15 days of your receipt of the order, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

Items in gold

'Ready To Ship' gold jewellery can be exchanged or refunded if it is returned unworn within 15 days of your receipt of the order, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

I am unable to offer exchange or refund on 'Made To Order' gold jewellery, as it has been made especially for you.

 

Bespoke Work

I love taking on bespoke work. Please contact me if you have an idea you want me to bring to life. 

The making process will take around 6-8 weeks, though I'll always do my best to accommodate any tight deadlines. 

Once we have designed the perfect piece for you, in order to move forward with the make I will require a 50% deposit. Bespoke pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable as they are being made especially for you!

Stone Sourcing

When it comes to incorporating stones into your bespoke design, you have several options – you can provide your own stones, either loose or set into existing jewellery that you want me to take out and reuse. Alternatively, I can source them for you specific to your requirements. If you choose this route, I will require an £100 stone sourcing deposit which is deducted from the final price of your commission.
